Management & accounting assistant


A passionate, young team of developers, sales and customer support can not run without a well-oiled machine at the office. We are looking for someone who knows accounting, managing finances, has experience with personnel administration and ensures that everyone can work together in the best conditions.

You are an important link in our internal organisation and report to the management team, also known as Erik and Kurt.


  • Preparatory accounting: you process incoming and outgoing invoices and report to the accountancy consultants.
  • HR administration: you take care of the processing of wages and follow up holidays. You are the first point of contact for employees in the field of HR administration.
  • Logistical support: you are our jack-of-all-trades in the office. Ordering office supplies, reporting repairs, guaranteeing a constant supply of coffee beans … In short, managing everyday life at the office.
  • General administration: you handle the paper correspondence and administration and take care of the classification.
  • Management assistent: you support the management team in booking business trips, reservations, leasing contracts, etc.


  • You have experience in a similar position
  • You have knowledge of accounting and administration
  • Experience with Exact Online or other accounting software is a big plus
  • You have good computer skills and quickly know your way around new digital tools and platforms
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, you know basic French
  • You can work independently and know how to set priorities
  • You work accurately and organised
  • Problem-solving is your middle-name, you take initiative and handle things
