Digital Marketing Associate

By creating appealing and well-written content, you will help TinkerList grow and expand our business globally. Do you have both a creative and analytical mindset and are you looking for a challenge as digital marketer?

As a junior digital marketing associate, you will work closely with an experienced external marketing coach, who will guide and support you where needed. You will report to the Business Development Manager.

  • Set up performance-driven campaigns that generate high quality business leads
  • Optimize our digital presence on all channels: social media, website, blog, mail campaigns, online ads
  • General content creation: social media updates, blog posts, emails, vlogs..
  • Follow up on the trade fairs agenda and creating campaigns accordingly
  • Actively look for and think about relevant content for our industry
  • Assist the sales team in outbound sales actions

  • You have experience in digital marketing: whether it’s an interesting internship, 2-3 years professional experience or you own your own online platform like blog or webshop. Either way, you are a fast learner and eager to grow.
  • You don’t only know what SEO/SEA are short for, but can actually do something about it. You know that ‘growth hacking’ hasn’t to do anything with crops or farming.
  • You like to see the bigger picture by diving into the data and understanding your actions online. You can advise the company in their marketing strategy based on this.
  • You have a sharp pen and know how to write witty but professional copy.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and orally. Knowledge of French, German or Spanish is a big plus.
  • You care about graphics and images and have an eye for detail. You like that things look ‘nice’.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software, video editing and/or photography is a plus.
  • You are tech-savvy and not afraid of trying new apps and tools.
  • You are flexible and can work both individually and as a team.

Being a part of a innovative, growing company with a disruptive thinking, sharing your passion and ambitions. Beside that, you will be working in a great setting and exciting international environment together with the best colleagues. Also:

  • A full-time contract
  • A competitive salary in line with your experience, skills and knowledge, with fringe benefits and holidays
  • If you’re Belgium based: an office at De Hoorn in Leuven with the best views and great terrace for after work beers
  • Flexible work hours and remote working
  • Learning opportunities for personal development and growth
